John A Bentkowski is the principal and owner of the company. He has a B.S. From S.U.N.Y. College at Buffalo and has studied and had fellowships at Cornell University, Princeton University and Tufts University. He completed his requirements for Member of the Appraisal Institute through the Appraisal Institute and is one of the earliest N.Y. State Certified General Real Estate Appraisers. Real Estate Management Companies use his Services as a review appraiser and attornerys use him as an expert on real estate value in court testimony.

Working with John are appraisers who, along with John, have the experience and knowledge in appraising from the simplest bungalow to the complex commercial/industrial properties. Together our firm has over 45 years of appraising experience.
